Custom Workout Plans made specifically for YOU to take your fitness game to the next level!

This plan includes a 20 min phone ( or video) consult to discuss your wellness goals and current training regimen. This is for the seasoned professionals that are comfortable in a gym atmosphere but inspire to have a better understanding on taking their bodies to the next level of fitness. With this plan, I consider your current athleticism and tailor a more detailed and advanced training program for you as a guideline to improve your fitness performance.  We can take your fitness to the next level together, ask me about an on-going connection between yourself and me in monitoring your progress as you go. 

LYFESTYLE CHANGE CONSULTATION

A Well-Being Assessment of your current lifestyle and the desire in which you wish to achieve in YOUR health journey.

Allow approximately 90-120mins for us to complete the consultation. We discuss (the consult is done over the phone) I collect all the pertinent details needed to create your fitness plan with a detailed guideline on how to “Make It A LyfeStyle” my business motto. In creating this Fitness portfolio we are able to identify your strengths and areas of needed improvement, internal and externally.  There are two essential parts of the consultation.  LyfeStyle is a consult is a dissection of your day to day activities; home, work and leisure. I’m trusting you to lay it all on the table, the good and bad pleasures. But most importantly the sincerity of “what your idea best self looks like” Being open and detailed as possible gives me the tools to successfully build your profile is the creation of your Customized meal plan.

CUSTOM MEAL PLAN

Requires a 30 minute phone consultation to discuss food preferences, fitness and nutrition goals

I do not promote dieting per se, my programming is based of the “eat to live not live to eat” concept. What is BEST FOR YOU, in your health and happiness! That fits YOUR daily routine (schedule) and foods that you like to eat. With consideration in catering to your health goals. I teach you the correct way to eat and how to properly maintain those habits in term to become a lifestyle (long term). So this consult will give you the appropriate guidelines on what it takes to reach your fitness goals at any level. Rather training with me or just what to do to succeed in general! 

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

This consultation is optional to be a variation of nutrition and/or general fitness/wellness topics.

Allow approximately 45 mins for us to complete the consultation. Done over the telephone. I recommend this consultation for individuals looking for added instruction to enhance their current fitness abilities. You can also use this consult as an instructional guide for learning how to Meal prep. *This does not include any custom plans.
